One Flat Fee. No Surprises.
We charge one flat fee for each of our services. Sometimes we will ask you to reimburse us for an advanced expense like a FedEx overnight charge, but there are no add-on charges for copying, phone calls, or miscellaneous expenses.
Most of our services begin with a free consultation to review the process and costs. We are available throughout the process for questions and support. We prepare the legal documents, and where necessary, file the documents with the Superior Court or the County Recorder's office.
We can prepare documents nationwide. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our courier and process serving area includes Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. We also serve other areas of California and have referrals for all other areas.
